Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium avacado (approximately 10 ounces)
  • 1 ounce onion, finely chopped
  • 1 ounce tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 ounce sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Dash of white pepper
  • Tortilla Chips

    Instructions:

    Cut the avacado in half, remove the pit, scoop the pulp into a bowl and mash. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until mixed thoroughly. Serve with tortilla chips.
