Feast of the Maize: The importance of the Corn in the Mexican Cuisine
Mexico has had per centuries the corn as basic food. No ones prepare corn masa as it used to be the common practice for centuries in Mexico's heartland. Our forbears used the grains of corn and cooked them of diverse ways, starting from its Bowling point in a clay of pot with limestone. The beginning of this feast coincided with the Day of Dead, for what in the buffet the typical dish from the peninsula of Yucatan the exquisite Mucbipollo is includes in this date.
